At the ‘Bible Unpacked’ event at Little Malvern Priory on 20 May 2025, the Reverend Stephen Sealy explored a wide range of issues regarding the authorship, compilation, inspiration and interpretation of the Bible. He emphasised the importance of context for the proper understanding of difficult passages. His presentation was notable for its high level of scholarship (as befitted the celebration of 875 years of the church as a place of learning), combined with exemplary clarity and timely use of humour.
